I am a Private Yoga Instructor, teaching online from a beautiful farm out in the open, during this crazy pandemic and whilst our planet regenerates. In saying this, I believe we too should spend time regenerating.
My aim is to create for my clients, sequences to suit their yoga styles or otherwise fitness/flexibility needs.
I will guide you through the process, online, allowing for any questions you may have always wondered and help to support your general health and well-being whilst at home.
I offer several styles of Yoga, from Hatha to Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, fitness, deep stretch and Inversions. Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Levels.

Yoga Basics will be focused on basic terminologies and philosophies of Yoga. Giving the student more understanding of the practice and jargon used around the world.
With this type of yoga, one moves their body slowly and deliberately into different holding poses that challenge the individuals strength and flexibility, while at the same time focusing on relaxation and breath. Hatha yoga places special emphasis on controlled breathing and posture. Building core strength, which is key to good posture.
Vinyasa allows one to transition with flow from one asana to another. Specific Asanas and the pace of the flow may vary from one instructor to the next. A fast-paced Vinyasa session can be physically challenging depending on ones levels of fitness. completely let go.
In Yoga Fitness we will be using the same “Sequencing layout” but with the added fitness workouts throughout the class. This could mean holding a plank, pushups, crunches, squats etc. in between a general flow.
Deep Stretch or Yin Yoga, will be a slow sequence of postures that are held for much longer periods. For beginners, Asanas may be held from 45 seconds to two minutes; more advanced practitioners may stay in one Asana for five minutes or more. to open and elongate tight areas, relaxing, releasing and restoring muscles.
Inversions are Asanas in yoga that take you upside down. They bring the hips higher than the heart and the heart higher than the heart and are an integral part of a yoga practice with numerous benefits!

My path crossed Miss Wanderlust in a small community in Phuket, Thailand. We were both working at a wellness retreat center and at first I was a little intimidated by her raw authenticity. There’s not many people who are comfortable to bear their soul on their sleeve like Bianca. She was perhaps one of the bravest and boldest people I have come across, so unapologetically herself and always trying to instill her sense of positive perspective to the people around her. Her personal experience has given her insight into the peaks and valleys we as humans are capable of, the mountains we climb to reach our goals and the trenches we must dig ourselves out of in the dark times. All of her personal experiences are applied in her practices. She does not seek anything other than self growth and healing by helping others on their own journey. She is not only a wise teacher, she is a playful child, a true friend, and a one of a kind soul. She is both a fierce warrior who will stand up for what she believes in and a gentle goddess who is an endearing nurturer. I highly recommend anyone connect with her whether it’s for a class or just catching up to gain a fresh perspective on the goodness humanity is capable of.
